Contact Balego with a link, screenshot, advertisement, or other verification showing the competitor's current price. Our customer service team will review the offer before you place your order.

After Purchase (within 14 days)

If you find a qualifying lower price within 14 days after purchasing from Balego, contact us with:

Your Balego order number
The competitor's name
A link, screenshot, or advertisement showing the lower price
The brand, model, size, quantity, and configuration of the competing product

When the request is approved, Balego will refund the eligible price difference.

Price Match Conditions

A competing offer must meet all of the following requirements:

Balego may request additional information to confirm product identity, retailer authorization, availability, or pricing.

Authorized Retailer Requirement: The competing seller must be an authorized United States retailer for the applicable product or brand. Balego may decline prices from unauthorized dealers, overseas sellers, third-party marketplace merchants, or websites that cannot verify their inventory and product authenticity.

This requirement helps ensure that the comparison involves genuine products with comparable manufacturer warranties, packaging, support, and product condition.

Price Matching for Clinics and Healthcare Organizations: Healthcare practices, rehabilitation clinics, hospitals, schools, athletic programs, and other organizations may contact Balego for assistance with eligible purchases.

Large orders, contract pricing, resale arrangements, and special purchasing programs may require a customized quote rather than a standard retail price match.

The competing price must be publicly advertised and currently available.
The product must be new and in its original manufacturer packaging.

The comparison applies to the base price of the product.
The price must not result from a typographical, technical, or listing error.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

Products sold by third-party marketplace sellers
Prices from auction sites or discount sites

Prices that result from typographical errors
Items purchased for resale or commercial use
