How to Choose the Right Resistance Loop

The correct resistance is challenging enough to create steady tension but light enough that you can complete the movement without compensating.

Signs that the band is too strong

Choose a lighter loop when:

Do not position the band directly across the kneecaps, elbows, or another sensitive joint. It should rest on muscular tissue above or below the joint.

1. Lateral Band Walk
