Buy the replacement set you need with our USA-made reusable TENS electrode pads. Each package contains four pads in your selected size, with five options for compatible TENS, NMES, EMS, and FES equipment. We offer free U.S. shipping with no minimum order, so you can purchase a single four-pack.

Our electrodes combine self-adhering hydrogel, a carbon-film conductor, and flexible spun-lace backing. The pigtail sockets accept compatible 2 mm electrode pins. Select the size specified for your device or treatment plan before adding a package to your cart.

Choose your size.

Round measurements refer to diameter; square and rectangular measurements refer to length and width. A 2-inch round pad and a 2-inch square pad have different surface areas. Do not substitute a smaller size without confirming that your device instructions or clinician permit it.

Check your connection before ordering.

These pads use a female pigtail socket for a compatible 2 mm pin. They do not attach directly to snap connectors or tab clips.

Confirm the electrode connection, permitted pad size, and stimulation application in your equipment instructions. If you are replacing the lead wire too, its device-side plug must also match your machine. Our electrode connector guide explains the different connections.

Where can I reorder BAL_644 electrodes?

This listing displays BAL_644 with the default 2-inch square selection. Check the size and SKU shown before adding it to your cart. If your old package carries another identifier, send us that code so we can help match the item.

Can I use these instead of my TENS 7000 pads?

Compare the 2 × 2-inch option if your exact TENS 7000 model uses that size and compatible 2 mm pin leads. Matching those features is a starting point, not confirmation that every model or accessory configuration is interchangeable. Check the device instructions or ask us to review your model before substituting.

Can the electrodes be reused?

Yes, by the same person, while their condition and adhesion remain suitable. Follow the supplied care instructions and replace worn or poorly adhering pads. We do not promise a fixed number of sessions.

Do I need to order separate conductive gel?

The pads already have a conductive hydrogel layer. Do not add another gel unless the instructions for the electrodes and device permit it.
