Chattanooga Traction Accessories – Belts, Bolsters, Cervical Systems & Patient Controls
Build, replace, or maintain a professional Chattanooga® clinical traction setup with genuine traction accessories from Enovis/DJO. Choose from QuikWrap traction belts, knee bolsters, Saunders® clinical cervical traction systems, the TX patient interrupt switch, and clinical positioning pillows for compatible Chattanooga traction equipment.
Because these accessories serve different functions and generations of Chattanooga equipment, select by model number and compatibility—not by appearance alone. If you are replacing an existing component, confirm the model number of the traction unit or table before ordering.
For complete powered traction equipment, see our Chattanooga TX Traction Unit & Accessories. Clinics building a new system can also compare the Chattanooga TX Traction Package 8200–8206.

42901 Chattanooga Knee Bolster Set
The Chattanooga 42901 Knee Bolster Set includes two lightweight positioning bolsters that provide independent support beneath the patient's legs during clinician-directed traction procedures. Chattanooga positions the two-piece design as a lighter alternative to using a full flexion stool when adjustable stool height is unnecessary.
Each bolster is approximately 10 × 10 × 12 inches, with a freestanding foam construction.
For clinics that prefer mechanically adjustable lower-extremity positioning, compare our Chattanooga 2-Section Flexion Stool.
1410 Deluxe Universal Belt System
The Chattanooga 1410 Deluxe Universal Belt System combines a thoracic belt, pelvic belt, and pelvic belt extender into a universal traction-belt setup.
The wrap-style design uses hook-and-loop closures rather than cumbersome conventional buckle arrangements. Chattanooga designed the system to distribute anterior/posterior pulling force more evenly across the belts and reduce slippage during compatible pelvic or lumbar traction setups.
1410 Includes
| Component | Manufacturer number |
|---|---|
| Thoracic Belt | 1420 |
| Pelvic Belt | 1430 |
| Pelvic Belt Extender | 1427 |
SKU: 1410 GTIN-14: 00888912020190
2825 QuikWrap™ DTS Belt System
The 2825 QuikWrap DTS Belt System is Chattanooga's belt configuration associated with its DTS traction platform. It also includes a thoracic belt, pelvic belt, and pelvic extender with a universal wrap-style design.
Chattanooga's own Triton 6M documentation specifically recommends QuickWrap DTS traction belts for full compatibility and comfort with the table.
SKU: 2825 GTIN-14: 00888912022132
1410 vs. 2825: Which Belt System?

| Pelvic belt | Included | Included |
| Pelvic extender | Included | Included |
| Universal wrap-style fit | Yes. | Yes. |
| Hook-and-loop closure | Yes. | Yes. |
| DTS-system positioning | General Chattanooga traction use | Preferred DTS configuration |
| Best purchasing rule | Match existing equipment/part number. | Choose when the DTS system specifies 2825. |
If you are replacing an existing belt system, order by part number rather than assuming 1410 and 2825 are interchangeable.
Saunders® Clinical Cervical Traction Systems – 7040K-1, K-2 & K-3
The Saunders Clinical Cervical Traction System provides a clinical cervical interface for compatible Chattanooga-powered traction equipment. The device applies the traction interface at the base of the occiput and eliminates the need for a traditional chin/head halter.
The K-1, K-2, and K-3 versions differ by the mounting clevis supplied with the system.
| Select | Included clevis | Designed for |
|---|---|---|
| 7040K-1 | 62449 | Chattanooga, TX-1 and TX-7 |
| 7040K-2 | 62587 | TRUE-EZE |
| 7040K-3 | 62596 | MP-1, T-100, T-700, and TRITON |
These legacy compatibility versions should not be confused with the current 7040, which includes the 48039 clevis for models including the modern TX 4759.
Important: confirm the traction-unit model before ordering. The wrong clevis configuration may not mount correctly to the intended equipment.
For the current TX system, see Balego's Chattanooga TX 4759 Traction Unit and Current Accessories.
48082 TX Traction Patient Interrupt Switch
The 48082 Patient Interrupt Switch is the patient-operated control associated with compatible Chattanooga-powered traction systems. FDA AccessGUDID identifies model 48082 as an active Chattanooga/DJO device with GTIN 00888912023955.
The handheld control allows the patient to interrupt treatment and, when supported by the connected traction system, resume or adjust treatment operation.
SKU: 48082 GTIN-14: 00888912023955
Order 48082 as an equipment-specific replacement component rather than substituting a generic switch.
4291 Chattanooga Facial Pillow
The 4291 Facial Pillow is a dedicated traction-positioning support designed to support the patient's head and neck for greater comfort during compatible traction sessions. Chattanooga continues to list model 4291 in its traction accessory catalog, and Enovis master data identifies it as the Chattanooga Cervical Contour Pillow.
SKU: 4291 GTIN-14: 00888912343824
The Facial Pillow is a compact traction positioning accessory; it should not be confused with the larger Pron Pillo.
4206 Chattanooga Pron® Pillo
The Chattanooga Pron Pillo 4206 is a molded soft-foam positioning support designed for prone treatment. Its contoured shape supports the head and shoulders, while the raised base and facial opening help preserve breathing clearance in the face-down position.
Unlike the 4291 Facial Pillow, the Pron Pillo is not limited to traction positioning. Chattanooga also identifies it for prone positioning during modalities such as therapeutic ultrasound, electrotherapy, heat, and cold treatment.
SKU: 4206 GTIN-14: 00888912340625
4291 Facial Pillow vs. 4206 Pron Pillo

|---|---|---|
| Primary role | Head/neck support during traction | Full prone head/shoulder positioning |
| Construction | Traction positioning pillow | Molded soft foam |
| Head support | Yes. | Yes. |

Building a Complete Chattanooga Traction Setup
The accessories on this page do not include a powered traction unit or traction table unless explicitly stated.
For current Chattanooga TX equipment, use Balego's TX 4759 Traction Unit & Accessories.
For a bundled TX system with a traction unit, QuikWrap belts, a clinical cervical system, and either a stool or knee bolster set, compare the Chattanooga TX Traction Package 8200–8206.
Compatible clinical table options include the Chattanooga Galaxy TTET300 3-Section Traction Table and Chattanooga Galaxy TTET400 4-Section Traction Table.
For DTS configurations, see our Chattanooga Triton DTS Traction Accessory Packages. Clinics already operating a DTS 6M can use Balego's Triton DTS 6M Setup, Safety & Troubleshooting Guide rather than duplicating operating instructions on this purchasing page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are all of these Chattanooga accessories interchangeable?
No. Several items are model-specific. In particular, 7040K-1, 7040K-2, and 7040K-3 include different mounting clevises and are intended for different generations of Chattanooga traction equipment.
What is the difference between the 1410 and 2825 belt systems?
Both contain pelvic/thoracic traction belting, but they have different manufacturer part numbers and equipment histories. The 2825 is the QuikWrap DTS belt system used with Chattanooga DTS configurations, while 1410 is the Deluxe Universal Belt System. Match the replacement to the system documentation or existing part number.
Does 42901 include one or two bolsters?
The 42901 set includes two knee bolsters for independent leg support.
What GTIN should I use for 42901?
Do not use the GTIN for TX package 8206. That barcode identifies the entire bundled traction package, not the standalone bolster set. Balego should verify the individual 42901 GTIN from current Enovis product master data or the physical carton before publishing it.
Is 7040 the same as 7040K-1, K-2, or K-3?
No. The current 7040 includes a different clevis for current Chattanooga traction equipment. The K-series products are compatibility-specific versions for older TX, TRUE-EZE, Triton, and related equipment.
Which pillow should I choose for prone positioning?
The 4206 Pron Pillo is the purpose-built prone support, with head and shoulder positioning plus facial breathing clearance. The 4291 is a smaller head/neck positioning pillow primarily associated with traction.
Where can I find complete traction systems?
Browse our Traction Equipment collection for powered traction units, tables, complete packages, belts, stools, and positioning accessories.
