Power Lifting Bands—Compare Sizes and Resistance Options
Choose the band specification that matches your training setup, not just a familiar color.
Our Power Lifting Bands family brings the available options together on one purchasing page. For a new purchase or a replacement, compare the selected dimensions, resistance designation, and package contents before ordering. Match the full item reference when replacing a band already used in an established program.
We provide free standard U.S. shipping with no minimum purchase. Review the selected option's current price and availability beside the buying controls. Applicable tax is additional.
Compare the right specifications.
| Selection detail | What to check before ordering |
|---|---|
| Size and width | Match the complete dimensions, not only a small, medium, or large label. |
| Length measurement | Check whether the stated length is a laid-flat measurement, total circumference, or another defined measurement. |
| Resistance | Use the rating and test conditions for the exact product. A color is not a universal resistance standard. |
| Package quantity | Confirm whether the selected price buys one band, a pair, or a specified set. |
| Material and attachments | Check the actual material labeling and permitted equipment connections. |
The selected item number, dimensions, and package contents should agree with your exercise plan or equipment requirements. Contact our team with your previous product reference when a replacement match is uncertain.
Added resistance and exercise assistance are different goals.
A band can oppose a movement or help support part of a load, depending on its approved application and setup. A higher-resistance band is therefore not automatically a harder exercise: in an assistance arrangement it can provide more help.
Do not choose a band by body weight alone or subtract an advertised resistance number from your weight to calculate an exact assisted load. Starting stretch, movement distance, and attachment geometry affect the force during use. Confirm that the exact band is intended for the proposed application and follow its instructions.
Compare power bands with other resistance formats.
| Product format | Distinction to keep in mind |
|---|---|
| Power lifting bands on this page | Match the selected band to its labeled training application, dimensions, and resistance. |
| Our 12-inch exercise band loops | A separate short-loop product, sold in packs of ten matching loops; not a substitute based on color alone. |
| Our flat resistance bands | Open-ended ribbon-style bands in precut and roll options rather than an interchangeable power-band specification. |
| Our resistance tubing with handles | A separate finished-handled exerciser with its own length and resistance choices. |
Our resistance tubing versus flat bands guide covers those formats in detail. Browse our resistance-band collection when your program calls for a different product type.
Power lifting band purchasing FAQs
Do band colors mean the same resistance across brands?
No. Match the product family, item reference, and stated resistance. Two bands of the same color can have different dimensions, materials, and load characteristics. Do not substitute another brand's color chart for the selected product's information.
Is a stated pound rating a constant exercise load or a lifting capacity?
No. A resistance rating describes force under specified conditions; it is not a promise of constant force throughout a movement. It is also not a safe-working-load certification for lifting or suspending a person or an object. Use only the intended exercise applications.
Does a family photograph mean every band is included?
No. The selected offer's package contents determine what you receive. Check the number of bands before comparing prices, especially when another supplier advertises a pair or a mixed-resistance set. Do not treat a per-band comparison figure as the checkout price for a complete package.
Can I use an ordinary door anchor for powerlifting-band exercises?
Do not assume that an anchor suitable for light therapy tubing is suitable for a different band and load. Use only a band, attachment, and support structure approved for the intended setup. An accessory photograph does not establish compatibility or inclusion.
What should I check when natural rubber latex is a concern?
Obtain the material specification for the exact item before purchase. Color, thickness, and the word "rubber" do not establish that a band is latex-free. Ask our team for help identifying the relevant labeling.
How should I compare the delivered price?
Compare the same product specification and the same number of bands. Add another supplier's shipping and required handling charges before comparing its total with our standard U.S. delivered offer. Recalculate at the whole-order level when buying several bands; do not multiply a one-order freight charge unnecessarily.
Before use
Read the supplied instructions and inspect the band and attachments before each use. Do not use damaged material, improvise a repair, or exceed the product's stretching limits. Maintain control of the return and keep the potential recoil path away from your face. Use professional guidance when selecting equipment for rehabilitation or an unfamiliar loaded setup.
Choose the required size and resistance, confirm the package contents, and review the selected delivered offer before checkout.
