One useful feature of FIB-235 is that the thermal component is optional.

Insert the conditioned Soft Comfort CorPak into the pillow pocket and position the pillow comfortably around the neck.

The same included pack can be used cold or warm according to the instructions.

Remove the pack and use the fiber-filled pillow by itself for cervical cushioning while resting.

This means the product does not become unusable when the CorPak is in the freezer, being warmed or stored separately.

The included CorPak is designed for both temperature directions, which is why “Headache Ice Pillow” does not describe everything the product can do.

Instructions specify freezer storage for cold use and microwave warming beginning with a 30-second interval, followed by shorter intervals as needed. Follow the instructions supplied with the current CorPak and check the pack before applying it.
