The right replacement TENS pads depend on your exact device model. Some units use electrodes with sockets for 2 mm lead-wire pins. Others require a particular snap-on pad or a gel interface made for a wireless device. A pad advertised as “universal” does not establish compatibility with every machine.
Use the tables below to look up documented replacements for the Balego BAL820, TENS 7000, InTENSity Twin Stim IV, Select Combo II, selected OMRON units, and iStim X1/S1 devices.
Replacement pads for wired TENS and combination devices
Read the model printed on the device before selecting a row. Keep any suffix or generation number: “Twin Stim IV” and “Select Combo II” are specific models within larger product families.

Do Twin Stim IV and Select Combo II use the same pads?
Both manufacturer accessory lists name EP2020WC2-INTM. That provides a documented common electrode reference for these two models. It does not make every accessory or every other InTENSity model interchangeable.
The Twin Stim IV and Select Combo II specify 2 × 2-inch replacement electrodes and require electrodes cleared for marketing in the United States by the FDA. Keep those requirements when considering a substitution.
Why does the accessory list say four pads while our listing says 40?
The manufacturer lists EP2020WC2-INTM as a four-pad standard accessory. Our EP2020WC2 replacement listing supplies 10 packages of four electrodes, totaling 40 individual pads.
Check both the electrode reference and the selling quantity. A starter-kit accessory count does not tell you how many pads a replacement order contains. If your existing package carries a different suffix or specification, send us that information before ordering.
Model-specific replacements: OMRON and iStim
These devices require a different ordering approach from conventional 2 mm pigtail electrodes.

Can I use a different brand of TENS pad?
A different brand may be an option when the exact device instructions permit it and the replacement meets the required electrode specifications. Confirm the pad connection, permitted dimensions, intended stimulation use, and any specified accessory requirements.
For example, our 2 × 2-inch pigtail electrodes share the basic size and connector format described for many conventional systems. That comparison does not transfer TENS 7000's testing of its own electrodes to our pads or to another supplier's product.

Do I need replacement pads, lead wires, or both?
A pad order does not replace a missing device cable. Our Balego four-pack contains electrodes; separate lead wires are not included. If your existing manufacturer-specified leads are intact and compatible, replacing the pads does not automatically require replacing the cables.
When a cable is also needed, identify its device-side connection separately. Richmar lists WW3005 leads for both DI2717 and DI2195, and the DT7303 manual lists that reference too. We offer WW3005 replacement lead wires; verify the exact model before adding them to your order.
If your connectors look different, use our electrode connector guide. An adapter should be used only when it is suitable for the complete device, lead, and electrode setup.
What if my device or old electrode is not listed?
An unlisted model needs its own accessory check. Do not assume that a similar-looking unit, a shared brand name, or an adapter establishes a match.

To help us identify a replacement, gather:
- The manufacturer and full model number from the device label.
- The old electrode's product number and dimensions.
- Clear photographs of the pad connection and both ends of the lead wire.
- The accessory reference in your manual, if available.
If a broad online compatibility claim conflicts with the instructions for your exact device, obtain clarification before substituting. Follow the current device and electrode instructions for use.
