Cardinal Health Uni-Patch Choice electrodes, also described as C Series or First Choice, are self-adhering stimulating pads with a carbon-film conductor, hydrogel contact layer, and attached socket-ended pigtail. The family includes cloth and foam configurations; select the exact option required for your approved electrode setup.

One package contains four electrodes of the selected configuration. A stimulator and the complete device-to-electrode lead wires are not included. Match your Choice electrode to its manufacturer reference.

Use this manufacturer family-reference table to identify an existing package. It is not a stock list: the purchasing options show which configurations are currently available from us.

Size is only one part of the match. For example, a 2-inch round pad and a 2-inch square pad have different outlines. Confirm the backing and full product reference as well as the dimensions. Do not change the prescribed footprint simply because another size is available or has a lower price.

Cloth or foam: keep the backing in your reorder description.

The cloth version uses a spun-lace covering; the foam version uses a soft foam covering. Both belong to the Choice family, but they carry different ordering references. Choose the specified construction rather than treating the backing as an interchangeable color choice.

Check the connection, not just the word TENS.

Choice electrodes connect through the socket at the end of each attached pigtail. That short pigtail is part of the pad; it is not the full cable that connects to the stimulator.

Match the electrode-side connection, device lead, and approved pad size. A familiar plug shape or a listing described as "universal" does not establish compatibility. Choice electrode purchasing FAQs

Does quantity 1 mean four pads or four packages?

Quantity 1 means one pack of four pads. Quantity 3 means three packs and twelve pads. Four pads are not four complete cable sets or a guaranteed number of treatment sessions.

Can Choice electrodes be reused?

Follow the instructions and reuse the designation on the package supplied. Do not reuse a pad labeled single-use, and do not share used electrodes. Older product literature and online descriptions do not override the current package labeling. Do not rely on a fixed number of days or sessions when deciding whether a pad remains suitable.

Do these pads require a prescription or professional order?

The Choice references reviewed carry prescription-use labeling. Contact our team with the exact code and your order details to confirm the applicable purchasing requirements. Do not assume that every electrode sold for a home-use stimulator is over the counter.

Can I cut a larger pad down or add gel to restore it?

Do not cut the electrode or add an unapproved contact medium to make it fit another setup. Follow the exact instructions for the supplied pad. Replace a damaged or unsuitable electrode rather than increasing intensity to compensate for poor contact.

How should I compare a single pack with a bulk offer?

Compare the same code, backing, and total pad count. Add the other seller's shipping and required fees before comparing its total with our delivered price.
