- Locate the middle of the upper arm between the shoulder and elbow.
- With the arm relaxed, wrap a flexible tape around that point. Keep it level and against the skin without pulling it tight enough to compress the arm.

At exactly 11 or 13 inches, the published ranges meet. Ask our team to confirm size guidance before ordering at a boundary. Do not deliberately choose a smaller sleeve to obtain stronger compression.

Flexible support with a tri-band upper section
The pull-on construction avoids buckles, adjustable straps, and rigid hardware. Cotton-rich fabric keeps the emphasis on soft coverage, while a vented inset at the elbow crease accommodates bending.
IMAK's tri-band upper section is designed to help the sleeve stay in position and resist rolling. It is a retention feature, not a guarantee that every sleeve will remain flat on every arm. Recheck fit when the upper edge repeatedly rolls, bunches, or digs in.
This is mild compression, not an immobilizer. It does not hold the elbow at a prescribed angle or replace a support selected to restrict joint movement. A numeric pressure range in mmHg is not specified here; do not treat it as a substitute for a prescribed pressure-rated garment.

How do I choose the correct size?

What is the sleeve made from?

Is it a medical-grade compression sleeve?
