Is a MAXTENS 2000 kit the same as a five-unit box or master case?

No. One kit is one stimulator system with its standard accessories. A five-unit box contains five systems. Match the selling unit shown with the offer, and request the total kit count for any case quotation. Four included electrode pads do not mean four TENS devices.

Do I need a prescription, and how do I submit it?

Yes. MAXTENS 2000 is a prescription-use device. Contact us with the product name and your order number, when available, to request document-delivery instructions. Is MAXTENS 2000 rechargeable, or does it use a replaceable battery?

The documented power source is a replaceable 9V battery. The standard kit does not include a charger or an AC adapter. Follow the supplied instructions for permitted battery types; do not treat the device as a battery charger.

Is MAXTENS 2000 the same as MAXTENS 1000?

No. The manufacturer identifies MAXTENS 2000 as the digital model and MAXTENS 1000 as the analog model. Their published controls and parameter ranges differ. Match the complete model before replacing a unit or using another model's instructions.

What helps protect the controls from accidental changes?

The design includes an output-control window cover and a sliding cover for the parameter controls. These help shield settings from accidental contact; they do not replace checking the device before use and should not be treated as childproof locks.
