The original Warwick lift: choose the footprint, then adjust the layers.
Warwick Adjust-A-Lift places extra-firm, open-cell foam rubber beneath the heel, with a suede-leather surface on top. Its three removable layers let the fitter change the configuration without changing the entire product. Choose this named model when replacing an established Warwick supply, rather than treating every layered heel insert as the same item.
Sold individually: one standard unit is one complete heel lift, not a pair. Three layers are components of that lift, not three separate inserts. We provide free standard U.S. shipping with no minimum purchase. Review the selected size's current price and availability beside the buying controls. Applicable tax is additional.
Adjust-A-Lift size chart: check the footprint as well as shoe size.
Use Warwick's chart for this product. Small, medium, and large change the footprint; they do not identify different prescribed amounts of elevation.
| Warwick size | Published women's U.S. shoe range | Published men's U.S. shoe range | Nominal width x length |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 8 or smaller | Not listed | 2 x 4 inches |
| Medium | 8.5-11.5 | 11 or smaller | 2.5 x 4.625 inches |
| Large | 11.5 or larger | 11 or larger | 3 x 5 inches |
Warwick's published ranges overlap at women's 11.5 and men's 11. Compare the footprint with the available heel area in the actual shoe; do not resolve the overlap by assuming that a larger lift provides more height. Contact our team for product information when the size or an older label is unclear.
How the peel-away layers change the configuration
Warwick specifies three foam layers, each nominally 1/8 inch thick. The following table adds those stated layer thicknesses; it is not a measurement of the finished lift or the elevation achieved under a person.
| Foam layers retained | Sum of stated foam-layer thicknesses | Rounded metric conversion |
|---|---|---|
| Three | 3/8 inch | 9.5 mm |
| Two | 1/4 inch | 6.4 mm |
| One | 1/8 inch | 3.2 mm |
The leather covering is separate from this arithmetic. Warwick also describes the product as providing up to approximately 1/2 inch; that wording does not establish an exact 12.7 mm setting. When a particular measured height is required, have the finished configuration checked rather than assuming a nominal layer total is the clinical correction.
Our heel-lift height and conversion guide explains the broader inch-versus-millimeter question. Keep the required side and height with the fitting plan, not the size label.
Placement and adjustment
Warwick directs placement inside the heel of the shoe with the leather surface facing upward. Peel away layers as needed for the approved configuration. Before regular wear, check that the lift lies securely and the shoe still holds the heel without new rubbing or pressure.
The placement check is specific to the shoe being worn. Moving the same lift into a different shoe, changing the footbed, or altering the layer arrangement calls for another fit check. Do not assume that a familiar shoe size guarantees the same internal space.
Adjust-A-Lift versus our other heel lifts
| Product | Main construction distinction | Selection point |
|---|---|---|
| Warwick Adjust-A-Lift | Removable foam-rubber layers with a suede-leather top | Match the original Warwick product and its footprint chart. |
| SoleAid Adjust-A-Heel | Neoprene sponge rubber with a vegan-suede top | A different brand, cover, and sizing chart; not a spelling variant of Adjust-A-Lift. |
| Our Balego adjustable heel lift | Extra-firm foam with a suede-leather top | Our separate branded offer, with its own catalog references. |
| Clearly adjustable heel lift | Firm transparent layered vinyl | A different construction with published 1 mm steps from 1 to 12 mm. |
Choose the requested product rather than assuming similar names or layers make the instructions interchangeable. Browse our orthotic insoles, shoe inserts, heel lifts, and wedges when you need a different equipment format.
Warwick Adjust-A-Lift purchasing FAQs
Can removed layers be reattached?
Yes. Warwick's instructions permit reattaching layers with rubber cement. Follow the current product and adhesive instructions; do not substitute an unapproved bonding method or assume this permission applies to other heel-lift brands.
How do I clean Adjust-A-Lift?
Warwick specifies wiping with a damp cloth and soap if needed. Do not put it in a washing machine or dryer. Follow the supplied care instructions rather than transferring a cleaning method from a vinyl or gel insert.
Should I buy one lift or two?
Order one unit for one individual lift, or two units when you need two lifts. Whether you should elevate one foot or both is a fitting decision, not something determined by the package count. A second lift can also be a spare rather than a direction to wear both at once.
Is Adjust-A-Lift suitable for sandals?
That depends on the permitted setup and how the footwear retains both the foot and the lift. Do not assume an open sandal securely contains a loose insert. Our heel lifts for sandals guide covers the separate retention and footwear checks.
Is the top real suede leather or vegan suede?
Warwick identifies the covering as suede leather. SoleAid's vegan suede Adjust-A-Heel is a separate product. Neither cover description establishes that the entire finished insert meets a particular allergy requirement; obtain product-specific documentation when needed.
What should a clinic include on a repeat order?
Specify Warwick Adjust-A-Lift, the size, the existing package reference, and the number of individual lifts required. Keep the patient's working configuration separate from the purchase quantity. A seller's stock code or a two-pack listing should not be assumed to identify your single-lift offer.
Before use
Use the lift within an appropriate fitting plan, especially for a new leg-length concern, an injury, or postoperative care. The product is not a diagnosis or a guarantee of pain relief. Stop and seek advice for new discomfort, rubbing, or skin changes.
Match Warwick Adjust-A-Lift, check the footprint, and confirm the number of individual lifts before checkout.
